1. Services

V90 Labs provides custom website design, web engineering, digital consulting, and managed hosting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Client Engagement & Feedback

To ensure project milestones are met on schedule, clients agree to provide necessary assets (copy, branding guidelines, imagery) and timely feedback throughout design sprints.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, the client owns 100% of the custom design deliverables and code created for their project. V90 Labs retains the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio.

4. Limitation of Liability

V90 Labs delivers all web engineering with high commercial standards; however, services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty against unforeseen third-party downtime or external network outages.
